The BOLPUR KOŁKOWE polyurethane screen is mounted using mounting pins on both sides. The pins directly hold the pin screen in the steel profiles of the screener.

Polyurethane screens produced by BOLTECH are characterized by:

• Quiet operation, suppressing high noise levels during aggregate sorting
• High abrasion resistance thanks to the use of the best polyurethane raw material systems
• Sieving accuracy - allows to obtain satisfactory results from the sieving curve of bulk materials

Are polyurethane screens resistant to microbiological environments?
YES - For over 15 years we have been producing sieves with an additive that delays degradation.

What size are the screen produced in?
The standard screen size is 1000x300x30mm. Polyurethane screen are also manufactured according to individual customer needs.

What mesh width and slots are available?
The range is very wide from small slots of 0.3x11 to large meshes of 120x120.
