BOLTECH sp. z o.o - on 31 December 2013 by the power of the decision of the District Court of proper jurisdiction for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Registry, file ref. No. KR.XII NS-REJ.KRS/22626/13/820 there was the merger by acquisition of BOLOIL S.A. and BOLSPED sp. o.o.(acquired companies) and BOL-THERM sp. z o.o. company (acquiring company) in line with Article 492 § 1 point 1 of the Commercial Companies Code with the simultaneous change of the acquiring company name to BOLTECH spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

On the day of the merger, namely 31 December 2013 BOLTECH Sp. z o. o. as the acquiring company assumed all rights and obligations of BOLOIL S.A. and BOLSPED Sp. z o. o as the acquired companies which took place in line with Article 494 §1 of the Commercial Companies Code.
